Do you make private-label spray mops?
Yes. i-smiler is an OEM/ODM spray mop factory in Cixi, Zhejiang, China. We customise logo, colour, bottle, pole, mop pad and retail packaging, and can open new tooling. Standard production lead time is 35 days; new tooling takes 45-55 days.
We already run recurring private-label programs for retailers in the United States, United Kingdom and Turkey.
What can be customised on an OEM spray mop?
On an OEM spray mop we customise the bottle colour and capacity, the printed logo, the pole (iron or aluminium, 1-, 2- or 3-section), the microfiber mop pad (including Anti-Bac treatment) and the packaging (paper-card or colour box). MOQ is 2,000 pcs per model.
Pad options include microfiber, chenille, tassel and Anti-Bac treated; sizes 39.5×12 cm and 41.5×14 cm.
How do we start an OEM project?
Send your target model, quantity and packaging by email; we return a spec sheet and an FOB Ningbo quote, produce a sample for approval, then book production. Repeat orders run in 35 days; new tooling in 45-55 days.
Payment is T/T 30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy, or L/C at sight.

Yes — send a sample or photos and we will match or improve the tooling, materials and packaging.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We routinely sign NDAs and supply under confidential private-label agreements.
What artwork file do you need for the logo?
Vector artwork (AI/PDF/SVG) or a high-resolution PNG is ideal; we can also prepare a mock-up for approval.
