Are you a spray mop manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer and exporter (factory + trading) based in Cixi, Zhejiang — China's cleaning-tools manufacturing hub, one hour from Ningbo Port. We run our own injection-moulding and assembly lines.
What is your spray mop MOQ?
MOQ is 2,000 pcs per model. Replacement mop pads are 3,000 pcs per model. We can support lower trial quantities case by case for qualified buyers.
Can you do OEM / private label spray mops?
Yes. We are an OEM/ODM factory. We supply private-label spray mops for retailers and brands in the US, UK, Turkey and beyond. We can customize logo, color, packaging and even tooling. Lead time for new tooling is 45-55 days; rush orders can be compressed.
Do you offer antibacterial spray mop pads?
Yes. All our mop pads can be Anti-Bac treated with Zinc Pyrithione, the same antibacterial agent used by major UK brands. Third-party test reports are available.
What certifications do you have?
We are amfori BSCI certified (Monitoring ID 25-0343366) — the social-compliance audit required by EU and US buyers. We also hold our own enterprise standard Q/MLTB 001-2017 for spray mops, 22 patents and 12 trademarks.
What is your production capacity and lead time?
Daily output is about 10,000 spray mops; annual capacity exceeds 3,000,000 units. Standard lead time is 35 days from order to shipment, FOB Ningbo/Shanghai. Split shipments are supported.
What is the FOB price of your spray mops?
FOB Ningbo pricing starts from about USD 3.66/pc for the 570 ml SM1019 (at 2,000 pcs, iron pole, paper-card pack) up to USD 4.95/pc for the 1000 ml SM1028. The disinfectant SM1000 is USD 7.96/pc (aluminium, color box). Exact pricing depends on pole, packaging and order volume.
